The first step is awareness. Observe where life feels heavy or dull—your energy, your relationships, or your routines. Acknowledge it without judgment. Awareness is the doorway to change.

Many of us wear a mask to feel valued or safe. This mask drains energy and blocks your spark. Start by giving yourself small permission slips:

Your energy is your life force. Notice what drains it and what nourishes it. Energy reclaiming can be simple:

Anchor Into Your Authentic Self
Reconnect with what makes you you: your creativity, your passions, your values. Ask yourself:
What brings me alive?
When do I feel most like myself?
What can I let go of that dims me?
Reflection and conscious choice restore your energy and bring your spark back to life.
